Turn Time

Standard Turn
Our standard turn time is 3 business days. Cut off time to receive materials is 10:30 a.m. MST. This includes not only receiving the artwork, but also approving our pdf of that art. Once we have the order information, completed master, approved art, and payment situated, turn time begins. If we have all these items by 10:30 a.m. MST, that day will count as day one of our turn time. If anything is received after this time, your order will go into production the following business day.

Turn time does not begin until we have everything that we need. We would encourage you to supply the order instructions and artwork the day before the master arrives. This way we can get you the pdf to approve and have everything ready when the master is delivered at 10:30 a.m. MST.

Here are a couple examples of our standard turn time:
If you have all your materials to us by 10:30 a.m. MST on Monday, then we will schedule your order to ship on Wednesday. Let's say we do not have art approval until 12:30pm MST Monday, then the turn time begins on Tuesday and we will ship the order on Thursday.

Please keep in mind that we are counting business days only. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Shipping occurs at end of business day. We will schedule shipping via the FedEx method of your choice.

Expediting Orders
We do offer expedited turn times when scheduling permits. Please check with your account manager on availability and prices.

Below are the two expediting options and how they work.

Next Day Turn
As described above, cut off time to have all materials is 10:30 a.m. MST. If all materials are received by 10:30 a.m. MST Monday morning, then the order will ship on Tuesday.

Same Day Turn
If all materials are received by 10:30 a.m. Monday morning, then the order will ship on Monday.

Turn times described are defined for CD-R/DVD-R duplication and label printing only. Mastering or graphic services, replication, or printed packaging materials are a few options that can extend your turn time. Call your account manager for turn time on additional services.
