Now Disc Inc. is a privately held Idaho "S" Corporation and an industry leader in all facets of optical media manufacturing. Since its inception in 1996 Now Disc has aggressively pioneered new and revolutionary manufacturing processes focused primarily on quick turn CD & DVD duplication coupled with high quality digital disc printing.
1996 - Seeing a great need for both Next Day and Same Day CD duplication services Now Disc develops manufacturing processes that make it possible to cost effectively turn orders of up to 5,000 discs on a Next Day basis.
1997 - Now Disc's unique manufacturing process piques the interest of officials from Microsoft Corporation. Within weeks of initial meetings with Microsoft Now Disc earns the opportunity to work directly with Microsoft creating processes that assist them in diminishing their growing battle with unnecessary inventory and CD obsolescence.
1998 - Now Disc's manufacturing model is officially Microsoft Certified. 1998 - Now Disc expands its product lines to include both business card shaped CDs and 80mm mini round CDs.
1999 - Now Disc expands to a 10,000 square foot facility making it possible to turn orders of up to 10,000 discs on a Next Day basis.
2000 - Recognizing the growing need for short run and/or quick turn DVD duplication, Now Disc re-tools their facilities to now include DVD services.
2002 - Printing goes Digital. Now Disc, continuing its history in breaking new manufacturing ground, is the first and only optical media manufacturer world wide to install the Kamann K-150 digital printer. This printing process not only aids in the process of turning orders quick but also offers the highest possible quality direct to disc print in the industry.
2004 - Demand for the quality of Now Disc's now legendary digital print reaches all time highs and in a strategic move to ensure capacity will not be exceeded Now Disc installs a second digital printer.
2006 - Now Disc expands again, this time moving operations from Boise, Idaho to a new, state of the art facility in Idaho Falls. The new building, boasting of more than 15,000 square feet, gives Now Disc much needed room to continue growth. Every facet of operations including duplication, print, sales, and graphics has been expanded and updated to better accommodate high volume, high quality demand.
2007 - Now Disc is now capable of turning orders of up to 25,000 CDs and more than 5,000 DVDs on a Next Day basis. With a worldwide client base of more than 1,400 companies, sales are at an all time high and the quality of life that Idaho Falls affords the Now Disc team cannot be equaled (in our humble opinion) anywhere in the world.
